Please note that Avida Events are run not-for-profit and often non-refundable payments are required before the event takes place. Therefore, the following conditions apply:

  • Full payment is required upon registration
  • No cancellations for change of mind/ change of plans
  • If a cancellation is required due to unforeseen circumstances, please advise us in writing for approval to be considered by the Experience Team: experience@avidarv.com.au
  • If approved, a $30 admin/ cancellation fee applies. Further fees may apply and will be advised at the time
