Join us at our first Ambassador lead Avida Muster.  Enjoy 6 nights on a powered site at the Austin Tourist Park Tamworth, various meals, activities, games and most importantly, direct access to the Tamworth Country Music Festival. Enjoy the festival at leisure or with new friends and we will sort out the rest. A bus shuttle service located outside the Caravan Park. INCLUSIONS:

Ticket costs: $500 deposit is required at registration to secure your spot.  Remaining amount due by 1st November. An Experience Team member will be in touch to make final payment.

Important information:
  • Strictly limited to 25 bookings. No other bookings permitted as Caravan Park is already at capacity so get in quick.
  • Powered site guaranteed.
  • 6 night booking is a requirement of Caravan Park. If you can’t stay the total of 7 nights that’s ok however unused nights cannot be refunded.  Caravan Parks policy.
  • Powered site includes two adults (Solos receive discounted price).
  • A payment of $500 is due in full at registration. $250 is non-refundable due to Caravan Parks requirement of securing booking.
  • Remaining payment for the event (depending on your ticket price) is due 1st November 2023.  A Experience Team member will contact you directly to complete payment.
  • Inclusions for the event as current as of May 2023. Final schedule and inclusions will be confirmed after event organisers have released (usually October) and after catering options have been confirmed.
  • Park is pet friendly. Please advise at time of booking if you are bringing a pet. Please note not all activities are pet friendly and shuttle services does not allow pets to travel. Please adhere to the Caravan Park’s conditions for pets during the festival period.
Refund policy
  • $250 of registration is non-refundable as that is paid directly to the park to secure your accommodation.
  • After 15th October 2023 none of the $500 registration is refundable as all payments are due the Caravan Park at this time.
  • Park has no-refund policy on bookings for the festival.
  • Refunds permitted for cancellations up until 17 December 2023 excluding the $500 registration fee (non-refundable accommodation) and excluding $50 administration fee.
  • Refund exclusion period (where no refunds are not permitted) is from 13th December 2023. This is so the Experience Team can ensure the event is finalised before Avida’s annual Christmas Closure of 3 weeks from 22 December 2023. DOWNLOAD EVENT DETAIL
Please note: If a cancellation is required and the ticket holder can find an RV owner to transfer their entire booking to, refunds can be permitted excluding booking fee subject to approval by Avida and terms and conditions apply. Contact an Experience Team member for further information. Must be approved by Avida before transfers takes place. No transfers permitted 2 weeks from event start date.
