• Final schedule and inclusions to be confirmed 2 weeks before event if not sooner.
• A handbook including the schedule will be emailed 2 weeks before event start date. A printed copy will be provided at check-in.

Refund policy

• $30 Administration for cancelled bookings
• No refunds 14 days out from event start date.
• Please provide cancellations in writing.
