- We welcome Avida owners only at the 60th Anniversary Dealer events.
Important information:
- Final schedule and inclusions to be confirmed and emailed 2 weeks before event start date.
- A handbook including the schedule will be emailed 2 weeks before event start date. A printed copy will be provided at check-in.
- Schedule subject to change and during the event beyond Avida’s control.
- If you would like to stay at the park before or after the event, you must contact park directly to check availability and make that booking and payment direct with the park. Please quote Avida booking. Please note this is peak season for this park so availability may be limited.
Cancellation & Refund policy
- Please provide cancellations in writing for approval by the Experience Team. No refunds permitted for change of mind.
- Approved cancellations:
- $30 Administration for approved cancelled bookings. There may be additional fees at the time of approved cancellation for any prepayments made on the event that do not qualify for an approval.
- No refunds 14 days out from event start date.
