• Avida will contact you with payment instructions – payment will be processed by Avida Hamilton so all amounts are in NZD.
• Full payment is required within 72 hours of confirmation of your tentative booking

• Final schedule and inclusions to be confirmed and emailed 2 weeks before event start date.
• A handbook including the schedule will be emailed 2 weeks before event start date. A printed copy will be provided at check-in.
• Schedule subject to change prior to and during the event beyond Avida’s control.
• If you would like to stay at the park before or after the event, you must contact park directly to check availability and make that booking and payment direct with the park.  Please quote Avida booking.

• Please provide cancellations in writing for approval by the Experience Team. No refunds permitted for change of mind.
• Approved cancellations:
  • $30 AUD Administration for approved cancelled bookings. There may be additional fees at the time of approved cancellation for any prepayments made on the event that do not qualify for refund.
• No refunds 14 days out from event start date.
