Ticket costs:
NOTE: $665 deposit is required at registration to secure your spot. Final payment due 1st December 2025.
- Avida Couple – $1350
- Avida Solo – $1100
- Non-Avida – $1400
- Non-Avida Solo – $1150
Important information:
- Strictly limited to 24 bookings. No other bookings permitted so book fast.
- Powered site guaranteed.
- 6 night booking is a requirement of Caravan Park. If you can’t stay the total of the duration that is ok however unused nights cannot be credited or refunded. Caravan Parks policy.
- Park is at full capacity prior to the 20th January so no early arrivals can be arranged. Please advise the Experience Team if you wish to depart later than 26th January and the team will check if there is availability.
- Powered site includes two adults (Solos receive discounted price).
- Deposit of $500 is required with your booking. Please note this amount is non refundable as covers the non-refundable booking of your site with the caravan park.
- Final payment due 1st December 2025.
- Park is pet friendly. Please advise at time of booking if you are bringing a pet. Please note not all activities are pet friendly and shuttle services does not allow pets to travel. Please adhere to the Caravan Park’s conditions for pets during the festival period.
- Avida close for Christmas/New Year 23rd December reopening mid January 2026. Preparations for this event must be finalised 15.12.2025.
Refund policy
- Park has no-refund policy on bookings during the festival. Therefore $665 is non-refundable regardless cancellation reason.
- Avida portion refunds are permitted for approved cancellations up until 15th December 2025 excluding the $665 registration fee (non-refundable accommodation) and excluding $50 administration fee.
- The Experience Team will advise the total refund amount at the time. Factored into this will be payments made that Avida cannot obtain a refund for.
- Strictly no refund 15th December onwards.
Transfers
Please note: If a cancellation is required and the ticket holder can find an RV owner to transfer their entire booking to, refunds can be permitted excluding booking fee subject to approval by Avida and terms and conditions apply. Contact an Experience Team member for further information. Must be approved by Avida before transfers takes place. No transfers permitted 2 weeks from event start date. All transfers must be organised and completed by ticket holder.
