INGREDIENTS

  • 60ml gin
  • 120ml tonic water
  • 4 tbs strawberry syrup or smashed fresh strawberries
  • 4 basil leaves shredded
  • 4 slices fresh lime

Serves: 2

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add 30ml gin and 60ml tonic water to 2 highball glasses.
  2. Top with crushed ice and add 2 tbs of strawberry syrup or smashed strawberries to each glass.
  3. Decorate with basil leaves and lime.
